I see some folks are puting these on their x's and I was wondering how these differ from some of the others I've seen and priced out. The others seem to be about $40 and these seem to be about $80 in price. Is there something makes them them soo much better? I went to a VIP and an Advanced Auto Parts store and they all had the $40 price, none in stock, but they where the cheaper ones. I figured they all where the same. Maybe I'm just getting hosed on the price for these ones?

not sure about the price but i think it is the weatherguard ones that stick into the window channel and they dont glue to your car. I'd go with those...

Second vote for the Weatherguard in-channels.
Caveat emptor: they do increase the wind noise a little.

I just installed the Nissan ones on my 06 this weekend. No increase in wind noise that I can notice. They are also rock solid on the door frame, nice fit. Took about 2hrs total for all 4 doors. I think they were $54 at Carmax.

I actually just took mine off my X and I noticed an increase in windnoise! I don't know if the seals have to re-expand since the deflectors were the "in-chanel" type. In either case, they are a great addition and I intend to get them for my new X too.

Anybody have a website address with a good price on the EGR ones?
