Despite the fact that George Mason kills my bracket deader than it already was, I can't help but smile when I know Roy Williams isn't going to the Sweet 16 laugh

Looks like I'm back in first place all alone.

My picks:
11/16
5/8
4/4
2/2

I'm only one behind you. smile

I also like my chances in my pay league. I've got all but one (North Carolina) in my Elite 8. Then again, I'm sure no one had George Mason or Wichita St., so I know I'm not missing out on anything there. I'm in 3rd place (out of 60), but I'm tied for 1st for best score possible. [ThumbsUp]

What a great touney so far....best time of the year!!! Kansas and UNC have hurt my bracket a little but not crippled me....as long as the ifnal four is 'right' I will be fine

Anyone else play with the scenario generator at all?? It is really cool to see how your picks will work out for you or how upsets or wrong choices effect the final outcome. Even changing one pick can make a huge difference as others have such different brackets.....I am still in the running to hold on to my title for sure laugh

I can still win - but only if all my picks are right from here on out.

Too bad Arizona couldn't pull off the upset last night (even though I had 'nova in my braket, I was pulling for the cats).

Oh well.

3 points out of the lead right now, tied for 5th.

What do you guys think on the UCLA/Gonzaga game? At this point I'm leaning toward UCLA taking it, and then losing to Memphis.

Holy shit.

Bye Bye Dukies.

I didn't pick them in the final four! But the wrong team beat them.

Looks like Spalind and I have the highest "possible" scores left.

C'mon picks!

Fuckingduke!

They win like they are supposed to and I'm in this thing with my entire final four intact. Shitfuckdamnhell.

Message to Morrison:You're not Jim. Cut your hair. And for christ's sakes; you played a great game. As a matter of fact you played your heart out. You are going to be rich beyond your wildest imagination. Don't start crying when you are down by one and there's 1.8 seconds on the clock.

Two great finishes tonight. I actually hate to see a team like Gonzaga lose a game like that at the end because they unraveled but shit, UCLA coming back from a 17 point halftime deficit while building a brick house in the first half, they deserve the W.

Fuckingduke!

Jeezus. In one night I went from all alone in first place, to tied for 10th. Fuck Duke. Fuck Gonzaga. Fuck WVU. 3 out of the 4 games tonight I lost.

Fuck.

The one positive is Duke losing. Even though I picked them to get to the championship game, I can't stand them.

Now that you mention that, I went from last place on day 1 to 6th from the bottom after the 2nd round to 6th tonight.

I don't like UT's chances the rest of the way, but damn... they could be the first school to win baseball, football and basketball championships in a row. eek Is it safe to assume they've peaked? laugh

BTW, where's dukey off2cjb? Did he have a heart attack with Dick Vital? [LOL]

I got raped last night by Duke and Gonzaga and I'm 2 points out of the lead in third? [Freak]

Great fucking night of basketball. [ThumbsUp] I'm already starting to get a little bummed out that I'm stuck with the NBA and MLB until football kicks off this fall. Both are okay, but they just don't compare to CFB, CBB, or even the NFL.

Morrison shouldn't cry too much - he'll be a top three pick and make millions even if he doesn't pan out. I do have a hard time faulting a kid for showing that kind of emotion, because he really did give it his all and left it all on the court. That kind of passion is what makes college ball so much better than the NBA.
