Do you have a body lift on there or just the suspension lift?
did you have to do any trimming in the rear to get the 33's to fit without any rubbing?

Generally, the 33's will clear at ride height with a 3" SL, but rub on compression/offoading...as there's no room to stuff them w/o a BL. The rears tend to have plenty of room, almost all the clearance issues are the fronts, and mostly because they need to turn, etc, too.
