2000 3.3 first problem was dies after warm up, was told knock sensor so i replaced got everything back together now no start cranks but no run, plugs gas soaked let sit for day still no start any ideas please help

Ok, you can do this. Start with the easy checks and work your way up. Remember the basics:

Check for spark
Check for fuel
Check for compression
Check the timing

You'll be best at figuring out what may have been missed when it all went back together, but here is where I would start:

Double check:
Distributor/coil wiring harness
Intake manifold vacuume hoses and other control connections
Are the Plug wires on the correct cylinders - What about on the right posts at the cap?

If spark checks out good move on to fuel delivery and so on

If your X is NOT an SC model, you did not need to replace the KS, it doesnt do anything on a NA engine. but as said above, first thing to do is to make sure you didnt miss anything when puttin it all back together.
