I took out the roof rack tray and found out that the tray has eroded a little bit of paint on the roof rack and I didn't find any rubber washers. The wind deflector has wimpy foam type washers, which won't last forever. So where can I get better washers or grommets. Thought of using garden hose washers (didn't find out yet if they fit) but was afraid it might melt in the Summer heat and cause a mess. Thanks for any help.

McMaster-Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com) has a large selection of grommets. I use them for almost all my hardware purchases.

The plumbing repair section of Home Depot has a huge selection of rubber washers, grommets, etc. You can probably find what you're looking for there.
