wondering if anybody has used this new product from yakima, is it worth the price and how well does it hold. I have the loadwarrior with x-towers, crossbars and two stealhead mounts on the roof rack. I am wondering also what a hi-lift jack weighs.

Well a Hi-lift weighs aboot 40 - 50 lbs depending on which model you buy. I am sure the Yakima Hi-lift mounts are fine like the rest of the equipment they sell.

Yes, they are sturdy and you can lock the HiLift on if you wish. I was useing "U" bolts that worked OK but this is a much better solution. Safer and saves me space too.
