The rep we used to purchase our X was punctual when asked question, returned calls regarding questions *outside* business hours andd has followed up to make sure all has been okay.

His name is Steve Pangelina.

I found that S.C. Nissan didn't want to sell an X. I told them the exact set up I wanted. To make a short story shorter, they told me they would not be able to get one for a couple of weeks. I went to a dealership in Seaside(40 minutes away) and they got my X within two days. Cypress Coast Nissan got me the X that Santa Cruz Nissan couldn't . Same guy - Steve Pangelina.
