If you can work on the truck yourself and inspect the list of things that need it, then you can do the same for a lot less.
Now, if you're getting the premium service shown in the above link for $430, that would be another story since it includes an ATF flush, coolant flush, front bearing repack. The drive belts are also changed, albeit early compared to the other schedules. That might be worth it to some. I'd just make sure to get the complete list from them on what is changed/checked during that service.
What I'll do when the oil is draining is to check the list of things that need checking...that's at every oil change.
But, pricewise, that figure does seem to be ballpark for what others are paying.
