Happy New Year.
I got a new xterra 2001 from long beach nissan,
after much haggling i still had to settle
for a higher price, the problem with them is
they are very glib,
this is my first car/suv that i am driving in my life and i wanted to know the basics,
the way they answered was really surprising and ridiculous he pointed to the power steering fluid and said thats the place where the windshield wiper fluid is and did a lot of mix & match, and the remote control lock didnt have abeep for which he said this particular model came with a nosound option?how strange and i found out from the manual that u have to press both lock and unlock buttons for 10 sec!
can some one tell me how good they are in customer satisfaction?

Hope you where able to catch the Rose Parade and the trophy-winning float from Torrance with the teddy bear theme. I really enjoy living in the city and working on the floats each year, winning the trophy was icing on the cake
