I had purchased at ton of accessories and was in fear of putting the side moldings and mud flaps on incorrectly, crooked or otherwise messed.

I had asked my local Nissan dealer what they would have charged me to put on the moldings and quickly offered to do it FREE of charge.

When they went in to perform the work, they saw the flaps and asked if I would like to put them on also without me having mentioned them.

They made my day!

The salesman there tried to talk me out of getting 4WD when I took the test drive. He said that I didn't need it because I probably wouldn't do much offroading being a college student.
WHAT!!!!
Perhaps he didn't see the winch on the front of my car; I didn't get it because I take it easy on the trails!

I actually wen to Ken Garff in Orem. I bought mine used with a 1 week old salesman. I knew more than he did on the Xterras.

They told me they were selling me an SE and I told them it was an XE and they kept insisting it was an XE. I bought it and went back to their Gen. Manager and told them their salesmen lied to me.

They gave me a Pet Cage and an all inclusive cruise to Mexico.

(I didn't want the SE anyway all it had was a sunroof that sounds like more of a pain than it's worth.)

All in all they were pretty good to work with.

Maybe I'll check Ken Garff out. The only trouble is finding what I'm looking for, I'm very specific on what I want and I want to get it for the lowest possible price. I've even been looking at dealerships as far away as North Carolina for the "best" deal.
