Tischer Nissan in Laurel, MD is selling 2001 Xterras for "$1000 under factory invoice." I'll bet they all have an "appearance" package that includes pinstripes, "mirror glaze" for the paint, and a couple of other useless things for a few hundred bucks like the ones I saw on their lot a few months ago.
