I have to be sure first that's what I need to do to fix the problematic start-up problem...There are usually two fuel filters; one inside the tank and one outside. The inside one only needs to be replaced when the fuel pump is replaced.
What's it doing at start-up and when was the last time a complete tune-up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor, PCV, fuel filter, etc...) was done?
BTW, i think dean might be able to test the Honda with his nifty new scan-guage.
