I mean, it'd be much easier to just bring a little smoker or grill.. but the idea of one of those big ones is really cool.
well it would be nice to have it mobile..i.e. trailer, and since it's going to be on a trailer might as well make it big. I can even put a hithc on the back of that trailer for my lil trailer.. wana talk about white-trash-Redneck engineering...
