I work from home and spend about 14 hours a day in front of a computer, so it makes keeping an eye on the site easy.

Before we were on the dedicated server, it crashed or had errors more often, but now it's been running pretty smoothly.

The moderators do a good job of keeping posts in the right place, so my administrative duties are limited to the (about) daily emailing of a password to those people who can't seem to find the "Email me my password" link.
