Just a friendly suggestion for the pictures forum. Current sticky insists on maximum image size of 640x480.

Given that a majority of the civilized world now has access to, or uses, high-bandwidth internet connections now. And given that most new computers/monitors generally ship with a minimum or ideal resolution of at least 1024x768 (my new laptop is 1900x1200 native and my 4 year old one I just gave up was 1600x1200).

Can we consider upping the max posted resolution to 800x600?

That's my typical resolution that I resize images to when posting them to my personal image galleries. Call me lazy for not performing two resizes when posting, putting the smaller copies in another gallery solely for the use in replicating such images for such fine and august forums such as XOC.
