Hmmm, my original post must have been vague...imagine that...

The fuel braket has already been removed, I had it pulled back in November. I just discovered the hole a few weeks ago. It is going into the shop tomorrow to have the hole fixed. If I knew then it was just a bracket (I had no idea what the sound was coming from) I would have just crawled under and tweaked it myself.
