Yes, my gas cap was stolen. I would have thought people in this world would be better than to do stupid stuff like that but..... Anyways, I called the dealer to see what options I had regarding replacement and they had stated the locking-type gas caps don't work. Is this true? Also, will the service engine light remain on after I replace the gas cap or do I have to go into the dealer and pay them $80 to reset the light? I purchased my truck from these people and I can't believe they want to charge $80 for something that I'm sure would take only a moment or two. I mean my truck is still under warranty but they said since it isn't a warranty issue they have to charge me. AGGHH!!
