I´m sorry to hear about your nephew, and I´m glad he´s going to be OK. It's because of scenarios like these we traded in our Honda CR-V and bought a Ford Explorer (for my wife and son), too many assholes on the roads these days. I personally wouldn´t buy anything smaller than my Xterra, and the next vehicle I get will be even bigger.
