I am sorry bro. I feel for you. I appreciate what you are doing. Being in the Navy, we never get in the shitty situation that you guys get in, but is still shit. The only thing you can do is move on when it is time for you to re-enlist or get out. When retention plummits because of the way they are treating you guys, then they will start to wonder and care about what they are doing wrong. Get out when you are done, you have done your time.
