Due to budget cuts the CSU and UC systems increased fees for all students as of the Sept. semester. The proposal currently being considered is one that will grant illegal aliens the same fee rates as citizens. Even though an out of state student is required to pay more than a California resident , they are considering charging illegals the same rates as California residents.
