Price is reasonable, if not a touch high, for that vehicle. The only problem I'd have with buying one at 101k miles is that the timing belt is scheduled to be replaced at 105k miles.

Find out for sure whether or not this service has already been done. If it hasn't, you're looking at around $500 (or more) in service that will be due soon after you drive off the lot.

Other than that, you should be fine. The engine and drivetrain should still be pretty tight at 100k miles.
