that was actually the second time he drown it.

The first time it just got a little wet. This time it was drowned good.

After the tow home...

Bought a bunch of cheap oil and literally filled the engine with it. Let it sit a few days. Water went to the bottom. Drained the water out then out came all the oil. let it sit a few days with the plug out. put in a little less than a quart shy of the recommended amount of oil. put in a quart of transmission fluid with the oil. It was a fantastic pillar of white smoke for a while when it finally started.



Picture is shaky, but gives you an idea. Transmission was never the same on it though. Not that it was working all that well before the puddle.

Then recently it was having over heating issues, and someone poured cold water into the nearly dry radiator while the engine was overheating. It threw a rod...My guess is it was weakened by the hydro-lock.
