small business ownership? I need to talk to someone that knows the pro's and con's of the various types of business such as:

LLC
Sole Proprietorship
Incorporations
Partnerships

Etc., etc.

I'm not very well versed in the small business world to know which offers better liability limitations and the best tax breaks.

I know a few of you have ran some small business, I just don't know who filed for incorporations and stuff. Any help welcome.
