Who cares ?

Think about it. Every day thousands of women get beat by their husbands. The odds are good that one of those incidents will be someone in the spotlight.

Most athletes are athletes because they aren't bright enough to do anything else with their lives, so I would think the ratio of athletes beating their wives would be higher than in the general population.
No reason to be surprised.
