Alright, I can see that maybe they would feel the hospital is at fault. But why was Espen Knutsen named? And why did he have to settle. Its complete bullshit that a player should have to be responsible for a puck hitting someone in the stands, regardless of the injuries it may or may not cause. Or for that matter, The NHL or the Blue Jackets? It says right there on the ticket, and they announce it before every game. Please pay attention, pucks fly into the stands and can hurt you. We are not responsible for injuries yadda yadda yadda. I hope they lose the suit. (they wont)
