That's my neck of the woods, but if it had black rims it wasn't me. My rims are the grayish s/c rims (but they may be black from a lack of washing ) Also, I usually bail out off the parkway around 156.

One quick way to identify me is to look for the steel whip antenna coming up from the driver's side of the roof rack. I don't think there are any other black Xterra's in the area that have that antenna configuration.
