I almost positive it was a pre '02 and definitely a black ARB. It happened very fast and we were going in opposite directions with a wide median. By the time I realized it was an Xterra worth looking at I was directly across from it and only saw the side and rear. I couldn't have made out the plates even if I attempted to because of the distance. Looked like suspension lift only with 32's, and catback, or at least a nice polished tip.

As I was driving back to work I started dreaming about purchasing a lift again , but my 31's still have a lot of life in them and I haven't seen a 3" lift with BFG AT 31's that I like yet. Oh well I thought it might be someone on XOC.
