Unfortunately I was unable to acquire any of SLR's parts. I hear good reviews about the quality of his work and yes it's a bummer to hear they are no longer in business. I can understand why some of you would literally want his head for what has happened.

Rather than all of us grieving over this like a friend who has passed, why not focus our efforts towards another respectable fabricator to expand their product lines to fill the void SLR left behind?

I'm not proclaiming to understand anything in the business world but it seems when a demand arises, somebody will always be willing to step in and supply that demand.

I mean companies like Total Chaos already make the long travel kit. How much R&D would they have to do to make just a basic UCA along with their long-travel UCA's?

It's just an idea and I'm doped up on flu-meds. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
