none at all, they have digressive valving so you don't have to adjust them for different road conditions, etc...and they will damp the rod length w/o a problem.

Remember, the shocks do not provide the lift...just damp the motion, and the shocks for the lift are merely able to extend longer than the stock ones can, as needed.
