Anyone here experience worn UCA bushings on the Calmini lift?

I am experiencing a "CLUNK" when the driver side UCA shifts about 1/8 of an inch. I know that the bushings are a "MAINTENANCE" item but I just wanted to know if anyone has experienced this?

PS - I have the black, non squeaky bushings.
