They have a lifetime warrenty...but you never know about QA/QC in shipping, whatever...shit happens...and you might be the recipient...but its not the way to bet.

As they worked for a while...I assume you replaced OEM shocks, and that the roll and skittering was happening when the OEM shocks went on you, and that's why you upgraded...and now its back?

Its possible as mentioned that something else is out of whack...t-bars, leaves, arms, tire pressure, etc.

If the old ones were OK, and you didn't have the same problems...just swap the old one's on and see if the problem goes away...if not, its something else...if they go away...it WAS the new shocks.
