I am 6'2" and roughly 205 lbs (depends on how many black&tans I've had on a given weekend). I put on an XL unwashed and it was fine, washed it this weekend and put it on again to wear all day Sunday and it fit perfect...shrank maybe the tiniest little bit but barely noticeable...
