That sort of depends on how much off-road driving experience you have. An experienced driver might be able to run the easier northern section of the trail (first day), doing some rock-stacking, banging around and giving the sliders a good workout, while an inexperienced driver might spend more time rock-stacking, still bang around a lot, and possibly get high centered or damage something underneath.

In any case, a stock height X will not be able to run the more difficult section of the trail (second day), and would need to head back the way it came in.

In the interest of minimizing stress and frustration on the trail, I really would not recommend this trip for stock-height Xterras. If you would like to participate in an easier run that is more stock-friendly, consider the Feather River trip over Labor Day Weekend, or make a post indicating your interest in running a novice-rated trail. If there are enough people interested in running stock-friendly trails, we can look into putting one together.
