I ended up ordering the Alloys. They come preassembled with their proprietary Ujoints. I called a local shop here that handles them and asked about the Ujoints. They're considerably beefier than the 760X Spicer joints, though they're not CTMs. I had been running 760Xs in the stock shafts and did have the bearings in one fail last summer - fortunately, I caught it before it grenaded.
