If it's just the studs that are bigger, it shouldnt be difficult to open up the holes on the headers a bit to accomodate.
If the ports dont line up, that's another story.
The stud holes need to be enlarged a bit to put the 3.0 headers on a 3.3, but that's no big deal. I have a 3.3 in my hardbody with 3.0 pacesetter headers
That would mean that the ports match (or they are close enough), the only issue would be them not fitting the frame, or hitting the firewall, starter, or any other crap that might be in the way.
