I can't help you much, but I can say that I feel your pain. It took me six months to get the heavy duty steering system from them. I went through the same deal. Called every two to three weeks, and got the "it'll be two weeks" treatment.

I've had a replacement spring pack on order for over a year. I've pretty much given up on that one. No one has any idea on the ETA. It's as if their customer service/sales department isn't allowed to talk to their production people.
