Our X is approaching 3,500 miles and I'll be changing to Amsoil synthetic. I usually go about 7,500 miles before changing and I'm sure it could be run past 11K without issues.

(I do use Royal Purple Synchromax in my other cars manual trannies but not their engine oil)
