I bought my ARB Freezer Fridge from them. Best price I could find anywhere and free shipping (although here in Seattle they just do will call at ARB). They did forget to tell me that I needed to pick up the cooler at ARB, but when I called they were nice and apologized for the communication error. Seem like good people to me.
