I'm pretty sure I'm with Cono on this one...

Perhaps it's your thought process that has plagued others in your line of work. Since when is "Hey, if you want it done right, do it yourself" an acceptable response from someone who claims to be in the service industry?

Now I'm bothered by your comment simply based on principle...and I fear you're missing the point. You are paid because you claim you are a "specialist" and can provide advertised services. And yet you argue that quality is independent of service. What, in your opinion, do people pay you for if that is indeed your mentality?

Albeit, some days I wish I could display such carelessness and neglect in my line of work. But then again...not all of us ever would.
