I like Romney's politics more than McCain's but I'd vote for McCain over Romney just because I don't believe that Romney could beat either Hillary or Obama.

The media would have a field day with Romney's religion.

Since it looks like Congress will stay with a Democratic majority, I want the Republican who can most likely win in November. That isn't Romney and even though McCain is more liberal than Romney, he isn't as liberal as Hillary and not even CLOSE to being as liberal as Obama.

I'd be happy with a Republican president and a Democratic congress. This way, hopefully NOTHING will get done and we will then prosper as a nation.
