So, he's on a five day tour of Africa with many other politicians, some of whom have said they all wore something "traditional". See my picture of Bush etc. Every source I have read says that it was given to him as a gift and he was in Africa for a five day political visit.

Where does it say you have to put your hand on your heart for the Anthem? At least he was one of the few to actually SING it, while many others stood like bumps. Granted poor etiquette, but it's not required. There are many pictures of him before that "dabacle" with hand over heart. It's a non-story imho.

I hate to be the one to defend him, but I think many are grasping at straws. Time will tell I guess.
