Feel free to label this guy whatever you want, but the facts are, a 3.2 GPA and being an average athelete is basically par for the course when it comes to high school. Plenty of them drink, smoke pot, have sex, etc, which is why it seems a little extreme that this guy is now doing hard time for messing around with the village slut.
