If you want the interior to look perfect, then replacing the parts as ChuckH suggests, is the only way to go. No telling when you carry something that will cause new damage tho...
If the damage shows because the scratch is a lighter color than the rest of the plastic, then you can make it less noticeable. Dremel makes a nylon brush that used carefully, can reduce the color difference. The resulting surface texture will not be the same of course. What you are doing is ever so slightly melting the plastic from the heat produced by the brush's friction. Takes a deft hand and the results will not be perfect. Will have a shine. Tapping (not rubbing) with coarse sandpaper can cut the gloss. May be good enuf for some tho. Same technique can work on the grey bumper parts too.
