I've been thinking about this. On one hand, he has the chance to make world history and to set many firsts by winning another tour. He also has the chance to stick it up the French's ass AGAIN.

On the other hand, he's a legitimate terrorist target and there's 2,000 miles of open and relatively unguarded space during the tour. Plus the French and the U.S. haven't exactly been on the best of terms.
