Not necessarily - it could be that Knutsen is a decent guy, felt bad about what happened, actually thinks it was his fault, and decided to pay since he has a lot of money.
And maybe I have Miss September waiting for me in my bed. No, wait, he's a moron. Tha's the only thing I can think of that makes sense.
I'd like to bitch-slap the family that brought the suit.
Hell, what's next? Suing the Harlem Globetrotters for emtional distress for tossing that bucket of Confetti in your general direction?
