Nicely done! I've been trying to figure out a similar setup to stow stuff like my life jacket, bike stuff, etc. You know, the crap that just gets in the way but you don't want to leave it home either. Any idea if a bike will still fit under there? I have an interior rack so saddle clearance might be a problem for me.

Thanks to you and *paul for posting these. Now I have a few ideas to work from.
