When you were driving and FIA was 80, do you know how close that was to actual outside air temp?

Been meaning to compare with mine, but keep forgetting. Theoretically is should be pretty close to outside temp when driving, right? My 05 doesn't have that feature on the e-mirrow, would be cool if this thing provided it.
