GOX 2004 - Colorado Crossing

Camping Information

If you can't poop in the woods, you'll have to hold it for a week.
We will be camping in wilderness areas for 6 nights during the trip. Several of the areas do have designated camping areas nearby with toilets so you may choose to camp there (fees may apply). There will also be one or two places to stop and take a shower during the week.

Temperatures at night in the high country of Colorado can drop to below freezing and it's not uncommon to have snow, even in July. Prepare to be very cold if fire bans are in effect in the counties we are camping in. As we get closer to the event time, information will be posted in the XOC GOX forum about fire bans.
